Day 14 - 21 Days of Prayer 2021

Day14.jpg

Lord,

I pray today joining with brothers and sisters

to corporately praise Your faithfulness to each of us.

We pray with many voices but one purpose

for adding souls to the Kingdom.

May we not give up meeting together.

But come together to encourage one another—

and all the more as we see the day

of Christ’s return drawing near. (Hebrews 10:25)

May our corporate praise sound as a roar in the spirit realm,

 shaking and crumbling strong holds.

Alone I can chase a thousand but with two, ten thousand!

Together, we are stronger for Your glory!  Amen.

So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him.
— Acts 12:5

“Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”

- Luke, Book of Acts 2:46-47

Day 13 - 21 Days of Prayer 2021

Day13.jpg

Heavenly Father,

I rejoice in you!  I choose to not be anxious but give this over to you.

May Your peace, God, which transcends human understanding guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Amen.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus
— Philippians 4:6-7

“We sent Timothy, who is our brother and co-worker in God’s service in spreading the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you in your faith, so that no one would be unsettled by these trials.

For you know quite well that we are destined for them. In fact, when we were with you, we kept telling you that we would be persecuted. And it turned out that way, as you well know. For this reason, when I could stand it no longer, I sent to find out about your faith...But Timothy has just now come to us from you and has brought good news about your faith and love.”

- Apostle Paul, 1 Thessalonians 3:2-6 NIV

Day 12 - 21 Days of Prayer 2021

Day12.jpg

Lord God,

I’m praying a sun stand still moment over my life, my family members and neighbors.

(Insert your personal petition)

May I be a living, breathing Joshua, advancing my generation towards the Kingdom of God.

Now to You who is able to do more than we could ever ask or imagine, to You be all glory and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever & ever.  Amen.

On the day the Lord gave the Amorites over to Israel, Joshua said to the Lord in the presence of Israel: “Sun, stand still over Gibeon, and you, moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.”
So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar. The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day.
— Joshua 10:12-13

“You and I may not see the same miracles Joshua did, but we serve the same God.  His nature never changes.  The same power that stopped the sun and raised Christ from the grave lives in every believer.” - Steven Furtick, Sun Stand Still

Day 11 - 21 Days of Prayer 2021

Day11.jpg

I hold this bread in my hands representing Jesus’ broken body and healing.  I declare body, soul, and spirit to be well in the name of Jesus.

I hold this cup to represent the blood of Jesus, my salvation.  I live in victory forever under the New Covenant.

Thank you that I’ll never be alone.  My Savior is interceding on my behalf.  I celebrate today through the cup and bread my salvation & healing.  Amen.

While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.”
Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins
— Matthew 26:26-28

“Prayer while partaking of Communion is possibly one of the most underrated prayers that we could ever pray.  Communion is not a magical formula.  It’s us, being convinced that the blood of Jesus sets free.  And that expression of faith puts us into a position to influence the destinies of our families, the people around us and the entire world.” -

Beni Johnson, The Power of Communion

Day 10 - 21 Days of Prayer 2021

Day10.jpg

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
— Matthew 6:6

“May you pray this perfect prayer with understanding every day!  May it’s words and structure help you create your own special prayers and help you grow closer in your relationship with God!  May you find hope and strength in praying its words and the courage to live a victorious and successful life! -

Pastor Jeff Daws, The Perfect Prayer
