Dear Minister:
Christian greetings! I trust that things are going well for you and your ministry.
It has been said, "The highest calling demands the finest training." So, I am writing to make you aware of the Ministerial Internship Program (MIP). The General Assembly Minutes states that a minister with the first rank must complete the MIP before being promoted to the rank of Ordained Minister.
If you have not completed the MIP, I strongly urge you to enroll in the upcoming term. The Orientation Meeting will be Saturday, August 25th, at the North Georgia Church of God State Office. This meeting is for all MIP interns & spouses, and their Supervising Pastors. The monthly seminars will begin Saturday, October 6th, 2012, and will conclude on May 4th, 2013. Attached is an application for you, as well as one for your Supervising Pastor. You can mail, fax or email the applications to:
North Georgia Church of God State Office

Lawrenceville, GA 30043
Attention: Rena Linscott
Fax: 770-274-1200

Time is very short, so we need to receive your application right away if you would like to participate in the 2012-2013 MIP term. Please note there is a $15.00 application fee.
I hope you will make the decision to take the next step by applying for the MIP.
Be blessed,
